Do you like to kill EVE ??? If the players liked a system like that, where they can be attacked by others without CONCORD interference, they'd live in lowsec or 0.0. Yet the vast majority of players lives in highsec, as proven by various QEN-Reports or a simple look on the map at any time. Means you are going to FORCE people into something that already exists but is not wanted. What do you think will happen with the amount of players online and the subscriptions ? It doesn't take a crystal ball to see that.
